Today (Tues 2/25) during an extended KIVA our students were given their Spring 2014 Intersession assignments and then went off to meet with their Intersession groups. In those groups the Intersession facilitator(s) gave each young person a letter to be taken home describing: the Intersession experience, the goals and expectations for the participants, and fees associated with each particular Intersession. They may also have been given a list of things to bring, as well as waiver documents and permission forms to be completed and signed.
We would like signed forms and fees to be turned in by Friday 2/28 and absolutely no later than Monday morning 3/3. Financial aid is available for anyone whose family cannot afford the fees. Financial aid forms were also distributed.
Please take a moment to visit the Spring 2014 Intersession page at the website where there are links to all of these documents, including the financial aid form. Once again we have an exciting set of Intersession experiences planned for your young people for the week of March 10-14.
