It was fun to have so many from the Paulo Freire community drop by the CITY Center for Collaborative Learning booth (#322) last weekend at the ‘Tucson Festival of Books’. If you tried to find us and couldn’t, we apologize – we were kind of tucked away.
On the first day of the festival, awards were given to young writers and one of our own, Liam Munro (7th grader at PFFS-University) won an award in the middle school category for his story, Potato Romeo & Juliet. Congratulations Liam. We are very proud of you!
