Celebrating the Sun-Earth-Moon Alignment (aka Eclipse Time)

On Monday, August 21st at precise 10:36 a.m. Tucson will experience a partial solar eclipse (experienced as a total solar eclipse in other parts of the U.S.)  We will be celebrating the occasion with our students in ways that titillate their imaginations, but protect their eyes.

If you would like to make it an eclipse weekend event, check out the activities planned at the UA Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium http://flandrau.org/events/solar-eclipse-2017
