Next Wednesday, Nov. 22nd, there will not be any after school programming. Neither PlayFormance Parkour nor PFFS-U’s Filmmaking Club will meet that day. Students will be dismissed at 1:45 as usual. The school will close for the break at 2:00. Both of these activities will resume on Wednesday, 11/29.
This year, both Paulo Freire schools are part of Ben’s Bell’s Kind Campus campaign. Activities are planned for Morning Meeting and Advisories as well school wide initiatives. This Wednesday the two governing boards from both schools will meet to review a draft mission statement written by the two PFFS faculties at this year’s beginning of the year retreat. The meeting is from 5:30-7:00 at 47 E. Pennington Street. As always, the public is welcome.
