How big is the Earth? …compared to what? From where we stand it looks really big. It also looks more or less flat, and it sure seems like the sun travels around us once a day. This quarter, the 6th and 7th grade looked at big historical changes that came with scientific revolutions, the role of Galileo and how a changing world both helped and hindered him in his work, and made a collection of scale models of our solar system. Come explore these models for yourself, and be guided through the experience by our knowledgeable young learners! Ask them about their models and be blown away by the sheer scale of it all!
