On Tuesday evening, 2/23/16, from 5:30-6:30 – come out and see the beautiful work your 6th/7th grade student produced during their interdisciplinary units this year. On Wednesday every week, sixth and seventh grade students have been exploring topics through an interdisciplinary lens. These classes have mostly used a Science and Humanities focus with some Math highlights as well. We concentrated first on The Black Plague by connecting the Medieval Ages to an understanding of cell and organism structure. Our focus then shifted to Renaissances individuals, making connections between engineering, art, and design. Posters, portfolios and notebooks from both topics will be on display!
